Eggless custard cookies
This is another one of my Deepavali cookie recipes. These custard cookies are delicious and buttery! My kids love them too π

Total amount of custard cookies :
Approximately 100β150 cookies (Depending on the mould used)
Ingredients
- 225g Corn Flour
- 225g Plain Flour
- 225g Sugar Powder
- 325g Butter
- 115g Custard Powder
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
Method
π₯Preheat oven to 180Β°C
Beat the Butter & Sugar Powder until it turns white.
Sift all the Flour & Custard Powder 3 Times.
Add the Sifted Flour & Custard Powder into the Butter Mixture.
Make it into a soft dough.
Take a cookie, press a mould of any design you like onto it, and place a dot of colored icing or a cherry on top.
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Depending on your oven, you can flip the cookies to check if the bottom is light brown in colour.
Remove it from the oven and place it on the cooling rack for 10 to 15 minutes, then enjoy your cookies!
